Lead Front-End Developer

Job Description

A skilled professional responsible for leading the front-end development team and delivering high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly websites and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the front-end development team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly websites and applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to ensure that all projects meet customer requirements and standards.
• Ensure that all front-end code is optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, methodologies, and trends, and recommend new technologies and tools as needed.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot any front-end related issues.

Requirements

Security Clearance: TS/SCI with an appropriate agency Polygraph is required.

• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience leading a front-end development team.
• Extensive experience with modern front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility and SEO best practices.
• Experience with modern front-end development tools, such as Git, Webpack, and Babel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
