UI/UX Engineer

Job Description

A creative and technical professional responsible for designing and developing engaging user interfaces and experiences for websites and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform the design of engaging user interfaces and experiences.
• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that all projects meet customer requirements and standards.
• Ensure that all user interfaces are accessible, responsive, and optimized for performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and techniques, and recommend new tools and technologies as needed.
• Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and testing.

Requirements

Security Clearance: TS/SCI with an appropriate agency Polygraph is required.

• Strong experience in user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to create and test prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-device compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
