Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Actively engage with various sourcing partners to identify and attract top talent. Utilize proactive strategies to reach out to passive candidates with a sense of urgency.
• Rapid Candidate Conversion: Efficiently convert leads and sourcing efforts into successful hires, ensuring a quick and seamless recruitment process.
• Process Innovation and Execution: Develop, implement, and refine recruitment processes that are agile and adaptable to our dynamic business needs. Avoid unnecessary bureaucracy to expedite the recruitment cycle.
• Technology and Tools Proficiency: Leverage technology effectively, including the use of Greenhouse for applicant tracking and ClickUp for integrating recruitment with other business processes.
• Sales-Oriented Approach: Treat recruitment as a sales role, focusing on closing deals and making decisive judgments to secure top talent.
• Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the finance department, executive team, and HR for a streamlined onboarding process and to address any candidate queries swiftly.
• Job Posting and Tracking: Create compelling job postings, manage candidate communications, and diligently track recruitment objectives and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience and Skillset: Proven experience in recruiting, especially in IT services and consulting. Familiarity with sourcing candidates with high-level security clearances is highly desirable.
• Education and Certifications: A degree in HR, business, or a related field. Certifications in recruitment or HR management are a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Must be ambitious, solution-oriented, and not just willing but eager to initiate contact with candidates. A friendly demeanor, coupled with the intelligence and quick thinking required to navigate a complex recruiting landscape.
• Compensation Structure: Understanding of and willingness to work in a highly incentivized pay structure, with a lower base salary but significant rewards for successful hires.
